with a credit card or cash deposit. We require 48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation charges on all units (except the
Lodge, the Big Cabin, and The Hillcrest all require a 14 days notice). Rates are subject to change without notice. Please
call to confirm rates and cancellation policies.Check in time is 2pm and checkout is at 12 noon. All unit prices are based on double occupancy. Add $10.00 for each addtional person per night (does not apply on the Hillcrest, Big Cabin, or Lodge.) Children 6 yrs and under stay free. Pets are allowed for $20.00 per pet, per night. You must inform us at check in time, if you have a pet.  Hotel Rooms - $75 NightWe have 18 of these units and each includes two double beds or one king or queen, AC, Heat, Dish TV, sitting area, small table and chairs, full baths, coffee pots and condiments. Most rooms have a beautiful view of the lake.
We have 10 of these spacious units each includes two double beds or one king bed with a pull out sofa, AC, heat, Dish TV, and sitting area. The Kitchen has a stove, mini fridge, coffee pots and condiment eating and cooking utensils and dinning table. These are either a duplex or 4-plex with a deck and all offer a great view of the lake.
Accommodates: 6 People
This freestanding unit has two bedrooms and one bath. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, coffeemaker and condiments, cooking and eating utensils and pots and pans. There is a dinning area, living room with sleeper sofa,and Dish TV. This unit has central heat and air, BBQ grill and large front deck that faces the lake with swing and chairs.
The Cottage- $225.00/Night Accommodates: 10 people This
is free standing cabin with two bedroom. One has one double bed and one queen bed, the other has one double bed and one twin
. There are two full baths, and a full size kitchen with eating and cooking utensils. The living room also has a sleeper sofa
and there is another fold out bed. This unit has central heat and air, Dish TV, and a large deck out front that overlooks
the lake.
Family Room $300/Night Requires a $200 deposit This room will accommodate up to 100 people and is perfect for large family reunions or group functions. The kitchen includes a restaurant size stove, over sized sink and dishwasher, several refrigerators, commercial coffeemaker and microwave. There are two bathrooms, plenty of tables and chairs and a small lounge area. This is a non-smoking unit with no sleeping facilities.
The Tejas Lodge $450.00 /night Requires a $200.00 deposit. This is a split-level, five bedroom three bath home that will sleep up up 25 people. The main level has two bedrooms one with a king bed and the other has a queen bed with a full bath between them and a third bedroom with two double beds and one full bed with a private bath. The main room is a large open design that includes the kitchen, dinning tables that seat 12 and living room with two sleeper sofas and Dish TV. There are additional folding tables and chairs and a large island with stools. There is a full kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. A spiral staircase leads to the lower level that has two sleeping areas ( this area is also assessable by a back door) one with three bunk beds and one with two double beds and a single bed. There is a full bath and washer/dryer on the lower level as well. This house has central air and heat and a large deck offering limited views of the lake. BBQ grills and picnic tables are included.
